WTB: Enclosed trailer near AZ

I'm looking for an enclosed trailer as close to Tucson AZ as possible. Need to be water tight and in decent shape. Would prefer 10K, but maybe flexible on this. Also, would prefer rear ramp instead of doors. Must be at least 20'. Thanks.
