i just welded the tabs to the tierod after all the toe in adjustments were made.

not too worried how dead on it is since i don't drive it on the street. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

YEA! Matt and Lisa all they need is a cape and a blue suit. If any of you have never met them then you are missing out. They are both some of the best people I have ever met. So thank you Matt and Lisa for being who you are.

It is not too much steering wheel drag for the road?

honestly, with my truck and the size tire the i have, i feel that it was the right size ram to use. any larger and it would be too slow, any smaller and not enough power to turn the tires when they're really in a bind.

if you plan to drive on the street then the 1.5 will be just what you want for it's quick response.

Nope, the hoses he shipped were perfect, and I mean perfect... I told him my application but do not know if thats his standard length hoses or if he cut them longer...

My truck drives great on the street. When I had no ram or stabalizer, the truck wandered all over and the steering wheel constantly turned back and forth while driving. Now the wheel never moves and I can let go of it and the truck tracks straight down the road

Shaggy, can you get some better close up shots of your clamps on the axle and the tierod? It looks like a great set up.

We use that style of clamp in the stamping plant I work in... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
The clamps are used for adjusting the mechanical feeds that move steel though a punch press...
They are very durable...
and take shock and abuse very well...
some have seen over 10 million hits.... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I considered that as an option...but...
I don't know if I TRUST it for street applications..
Let us know how it holds-up... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

YOU may consider RED lock-tite...on the hex bolts!! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
