Nope - he's still got it. He traded his boat for a 1st-gen Bronco in Sep, so he'd probably just be interested in cash nowadays.

He also just found out that he and his wife are having a second kid...just sayin'

Well come our tax return in a few months i'll be very serious about buying one so if you don't mind would you ask him what he would want for it. I'm really wanting a black one but if the price is right i'd settle for a burgandy one.

I will ask him. I'll also try and look it over and give you my personal assessment of its condition - I've never actually been in the car (he usually drives his pickup).

I do know that the clearcoat and paint are sunshot (hood and roof) from sitting in his driveway in the desert. That may lead to a low price and you could get it painted black.
