YORK COMPRESSOR HAS BAD CLUTCH BRUSHS

My york that i installed just last week has a worn clutch engagement brush. Did anyone else have this problem. I talked to the ford guys and they say that the brush was never available by itself, but you had to buy a whole compressor. (i find that hard to belive). The part # on it is C7AA-2979-A. thanks.....

If you can find a new clutch it will cost you more then a j/y york (I payed under $30 for both of mine).
