The late model rear diff works good for an easy disc brake upgrade, 30 spline axles (early 10 bolts 28), wider track width if sticking with 1/2 ton
when the tree took out the hood, it was replaced with a nice cowl one, and painted to match with the black center

6.0L upgrade is next with a custom exhaust etc. The low mileage stock 350 will get tucked away with the rest of the parts we removed

We wanted the track width the same front to back. No spacers. The 2007 1500 rear diff is nearly same as the front, actually like 1/2" wider
