Looks good!
There sure is! There’s two maybe three more missing thoughThere is a lot of chevy goodness in that picture.

In my opinion, that was the best blazer made !!Ratty broken hardtop is off. New softopper is being fitted. These full convertible trucks are a lot more finicky work. Seems like it’ll be good though.

The stock front shaft was bottomed out in the slip so we had it shortened about 1.5”.Hey, Did you end up having to get new driveshafts for the swap? Could you have used the old ones?
Correct. You have to use the swap pan and a different crossmemeber like the ord or similar. That was the case for both the ‘77 and the ‘72. Amount of lift wouldn’t matter. In theory, an LS swap x-member should work for an LT swap with the right pan, right?
Was the holley pan mainly needed because no lift? If there was 3-4” of lift, may have been able to get away without it?
Thanks alot. I can deal with shortening the front shaft. That helps greatly. That means that I could do the same as you. I have already received my advance adapters kit, and as of tomorrows delivery, I will have everything to do my L8T swap except the belt, the BTR cam and engine mounts (I may make my own). The stock front shaft was bottomed out in the slip so we had it shortened about 1.5”.
The rear I can’t say because we had a sye kit. The stock shaft was long enough that they just cut the tube and welded on the double cardan for the drive flange.

Damnit! I cannot find that same 5" channel that you used. It looks like quarter inch thick. Is that correct? How long were your pieces? I am getting ready to begin making mine a reality but I want to have everything I need before I begin.Got the mounts tacked up.

Truthfully, your build thread has been locked to my chrome tabs since I saw it. Yours has been a motivator. So thank you sir! I plan to take a "Freedom ride" to the west coast stopping in my parents desolate property near Kingman Az. Maybe I will swing by Henderson on either the way there or on the way back. Let you check it out!
Yeah, I believe they forgot a zero for sure.don't have a good spot for this but idk they seemed to have dropped a 0, maybe Eddie should look into this ??
