I have a 2002 Chevy 4X4 4.3L V6 and i know my truck will never be very fast or powerful. But i was wondering what mods i could do to the engine. For example: Port and polished heads, valve timing, intake manifold, cam

What combination would i get the most power?

Your best bet on the newer computer controled trucks is to reprogram the computer. Other options are changing to a less restrictive cold air box. Get a K&N air filter and maybe a 3" catback exhaust. You can forget about getting an intake or cam for the 96 and newer 4.3 since the aftermarket just don't make anything for them.
