'03 wheel caps issue on my '91

I bought a set of OEM wheels for an '03 for my '91 2500. The newer style wheels fit just fine as my research suggested but I overlooked an issue I am having with the center caps. The '91 has an older style hub assembly which does not allow the new center cap to sit flush as it should. Center caps stick out about 3/4 of an inch. Anyone know of another OEM cap that would resolve this? Suggestions are appreciated.

thats 4x4 rims on 2x4 . and the wheel bearing hub sticks out to far. and the studs dont give much room to run a spacer behind the rim and have good nut to stud contact.

and on those 6 lug 2x4 you do know there is a diffrent backspace than the 4x4 ones. 4x4 run deeper than 2x4 a bit check your clearence.

you could cut the center out and get a shiney bearing cap.
