doing a 6.5" bds full prem lift kit for a buddy .
he got the kit with NEW rear springs and fox 2.0 shock upgrade.
35x12.50x20 nitto tires on kmc rims .
he also went all out and got front / rear ebc brake / slotted rotor kits with yellow pads .
just over 100k miles on truck and real clean for a new York rust belt ride.
got around 11hrs in it today and prob just around 1hr or so left for job . got to do rear pads/rotors yet and tighten all the suspension hardware with the weight on it .
fyi for anyone else . get a new bolt for left front leaf spring eye on the rear springs . gm puts it in pointing out and you are to drop the gas tank to remove it . . . . . screw that I buzzed the nut off and cut the bolt . poped it in till 1" from tank cut it again and droped it out in 3 pieces . new went in the other direction . . . .
got to finish it Monday as I work all day sunday . so pics to come Monday or so . I am whipped . whole job by my self in the new shop.
