Pair of #353049 heads. 2.06 intake, 1.74 exhaust. I just had these magnafluxed and they checked out. Valves and seats look good, but I would still say they need rebuilt. Guide condition unknown. Valves, springs, retainers, guide plates included. Pics are here, but they didn't turn out very well. These are one of the best oval port, cast iron heads.
