2005 Polaris Predator 500 Troy Lee Design Edition
This quad has approximately 15 hours (probably less) of usage. I bought this ATV new Nov 05 while I was living in Tucson, AZ. I used this for only a few weekends and then it sat in the garage. When I left AZ, I went to Kuwait & Iraq for over a year and the ATV sat in the back of my brother's storage shop. A new battery was installed Jan 08.
In 2005, Polaris made a few versions of the famed Predator 500 ATVs. The Troy Lee Design versions came several upgrades. Some of these were:
- custom designed colors
- slightly lower gearing in the first four gears of the manual transmission
- Maxxis Razr radial tires (Excellent tread left)
- remote reservoir Fox racing shocks on all corners
- reverse
Upgrades I have done:
- Pro Armor Aluminum A-Arm Skid Plates
- Pro Armor Aluminum Fully Belly Skid Plate
- Pro Armor Aluminum Sport Nerf Bars
- Pro Armor Aluminum 6-Pack Rack
- Twist Grip Sport Throttle
This ATV is a 50th Anniversary Edition, as well as being the Troy Lee Design Limited Edition.
This Troy Lee Design version of the 2005 Predator 500 was named “Sport ATV of the Year” by The 2005 ATV Guide publication.
This quad is in excellent condition. It has never been wrecked/rolled/etc. Adult ridden ONLY.
