1 5/8 inch hitch?

I ran across on old hitch a friend had given me a while back off, off a Tacoma. I measured the tube opening and it measured 1 5/8 inches. I looked through the cabelas catalog today and couldn’t find anything that would fit in a 1 5/8 hole. Everything was 1 ¼ or 2 inches.

I know nothing about towing. Is this not a standard size? Does anyone know where I could get a cargo tray for this size hitch?
