Having a hard time finding anything that will work. 89 k5 blazer 383 stroker 700r4 np241. Any help would be nice thanks.

Unless that engine is making some SERIOUS power a 1 7/8" primary is WAAAY too big.

Ran 535 hp on engine dyno at 7600 rpm with 1 7/8 primary headers and 3 in exhaust so when It goes into the truck I'd like to run the same...

Only thing I see at summit are 1 3/4". Speedway doesn't seem to have anything like that either, at least long tube.

Thank you i guess I will have to talk more with the engine builder but the tiny amount between 3/4 and 7/8 shouldn't be an issue? I would assume.

Well, since you know what it made with 1 7/8", and I assume fueling and timing was optimized for that, like you I'd want to replicate the setup if possible.

I'm assuming the problem is that no one makes headers SPECIFIC for the '73-87 body style in that diameter. From what I've seen, trying to make other body style headers fit is a pain even with the common 1 5/8" tubes, if you had to try and fit 1 3/4"+ that weren't for this body style with even larger tubes I suspect it would be a pretty big hassle. Someone may have done it though!
