OK so I am thinking I am going to need to do a 1" body lift on the burb with all the weight I will be adding to it. Who has done one here and how hard is it?

Or am I not thinks right the rear looks a little lower in the pictures. I thought about a helper leaf in the rear. But not to sure....

Am I over thinking and stressing on this? :dunno: The trucks is really clean under neath so things should loosen up pretty easy I think. I read ORDs instructions and think I can do it just need to figure how to jack body up.

Not on a burb, but i did my blazer by myself, ORD 1 inch body lift, and new poly bushings in an afternoon. i used a highly technical method of a floor jack and a 4x4 cut to length, just loosen all the bolts jack it up, and do them one at a time. if you have access to a lift or help, id say it would go easier/quicker/safer. good luck

I did my K5. It took a certain amount of guesswork to match which pucks went where, and I second the recommendation to do the poly bushings at the same time. You're already in there, do it once and be done with it.

In my case I did one side of the truck in an afternoon and then the other side in like two hours the next day -- the other side definitely went quicker as I knew what fit where.

Do pay attention to the instructions about the fan shroud, the transmission shifter, etc.
