I'm going to run my 14BFF that is out of a V3500. I also plan to swap the rear springs to 56" packs. So, seeing as how ORD has flips for 1/2 tons & 1 tons, would I still use a 1/2 ton flip .. or do I need a 1 ton?

If the axle is going under a 1/2 or 3/4 ton then you need the 1/2 shackle flip. The 1 ton has a different spring spacing and you would have to also change your front spring hanger to a 1 ton hanger if you were to use those.

Ah.. yess..

My perches are relocated, so yeah, I guess I would need the 1/2 ton. I just didn't know what the difference in the 2 was, and didn't even think about the perch width diff.
