i got a 14bolt out of a 1 ton- with 3.73 gears and a gov lock, inside looks great, but brakes are locked up due to sitting out side - $100 SOLD

Can you tell me what year and or how many miles are on it?

Well i bought off of ebay from some guy in Md who said that it was off of a 1996 3500 that was wrecked in the front end, but he also said it had 4.10 gears which it didnt, so iam not 100% sure on that, as for the mileage i have no idea, inside looks fine tho.
