If yes what is the condition of the brakes and are the perches set for 1/2-3/4 ton or 1 ton?

I get up to Napa at least once a week, so you are not far off the path for me and I need a 4:10 14ff.

No, you need a 3/4 ton for direct bolt up.

Well, I've already got a 14bff which needs the perches moved so that doesn't really help. However, I do need some 4.10 gears. Not sure if you want to pull those out for me though.

Sell your axle for 100.00 and then buy his and move the perches. This way you don't have to deal with a gear install.
