Who makes good springs for a 1 ton? I am going to have 6" front springs, and 2" rear springs with a 4" shackle flip. I want to get some TC's but I don't see them listed for 1 tons. I also want to try to get springs that won't reduce my load capacity too much.

I ran into this same problem with our crew cab. BDS has a set up for these trucks and that is what we went with but just did a 6" spring.

As stated before, only Superlift offers 1 ton stuff. Rancho did at one time, but only 4", not sure if they still do or not.

Skyjacker has 56" springs for 1 tons that range from 2" to 8" on their website

I take that back, we have a BDS 4" 56" spring on the rear. It was made for a little extra load. BDS doesn't do custom springs but will work with you on tuning any spring they offer.

So in order to stick with 1 ton stuff(I thing the BDS 56" rears are for 3/4 ton) I guess I'm going to have to do one of the following:

1. 6" SkyJacker front springs, 2" SkyJacker rear springs, 4" inch ORD shackle flip(which I already have)

2. 5.5" Superlift front springs, 3" Superlift rear springs, 2.5" ORD shackle flip, zero rates front and rear, and sell existing shackle flip
