So I'm installing my ORD 1" zero rate add a leaf on the font of my blazer and i noticed the new center pin is much larger in diameter than the pin in the spring. Should i drill out the spring to fit the new center pin err what do you suggest?

You'll need to dissasemble the spring pack first. Use a cobalt bit on a drill press and plan on breaking 2-3 bits. It took me about an hour to drill the springs. You'll probably also have to enlarge the pin openings on the housing perches as well.

i cant add anything else....drill drill and drill, if u get mad, think about my friend that rolled his truck, he had worse problems. that should keep you happy:rolleyes:

i started drilling mine and said **** it. i just replaced it with the 3/8ths grade 8 and sleved it to 1/2 or whatever so it would fit in the zero rate.

I took a file to the pin and filed it to a smaller size.
It was a PITA, but no drill, let alone drill press at the time.
