10 bolt crossover steering arm install ?

I did a bit of searching, but most of the info I found was old or incomplete. What is the correct procedure for installing the steering arm on a 10 bolt? I have ARP studs and a Reid knuckle.

loctite the stud in the knuckle first. Get a couple of extra nuts for the top threads and lock them together so you can tighten the stud in the knuckle. Then remove the nuts install the arm then the cones and nuts. Torque to spec. then recheck after 100 miles.

I prefer red loctite to mount the studs to the knuckle, never come loose again.
