10 bolt crossover steering???\'s

I need to know the best way to setup cross-over steering on a 10 bolt. Does anyone make a kit? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Re: 10 bolt crossover steering???\'s

search theres tons on it

everyone and thier sister makes a arm for it.

ORD
SKY
SHAKERBILT
the list goes on....

2wd box

ford pitman arm

see above names for a drag link too.

Oh and you need a 1st style dana 44 flat top passenger side knuckle.

If you have a small suspension lift go with the ORD draglink. It has a bend in it to clear your engine crossmember. I only have a 2 1/2" lift and have no issues with it hitting.

Re: 10 bolt crossover steering???\'s

Just did this with a 44, here is what you need...
1. Both side flat tops. The taper tie rod location is different won't mix and match. have the pass drilled and tapped
2. early style tie rod, or zero rate as the stock tie rod will hit the spring. There is a guy selling these (new moog) cheap on ebay.
3. Steering arm, I used a sky mfg. 75.00 with hardware, their customer service rocks.
4. drag link, I used a sky mfg here too. 84.00 to my door +
TREs.
5. drop pitman arm, I used a skyjacker #1104.
6. #2 reamer 1.5" per foot, You need to ream the pitman arm, once again, the cheapest one I found was a guy on ebay 35.00.
7. 2wd box
While you're at it might as well go hydro assist.
box tap was easy, I think I have 30.00 in fittings and lines and a 59.00 ram.
