10 bolt interchangability

It will fit, but doesn't work real well, i did it trying out new things and ideas, the thing i really noticed, and didn't like, is if you get a wheel in the air while on the gas, the wheel starts spinnin and then the diff will "bang" lock-in the other wheel, very uncomfortable for me. Really not the best thing for the front diff.

Then i tried a welded spider carrier setup,,,that REALLY sucks, can climb on alot of stuff, but CANNOT steer worth a crap. So now i'm runnin the Loc-Rite setup and absolutely love that.

Stay away from the Gov-Loc in the front diff, too much work, for the kind of hassle it provides.

I was thinking of this too and what's described here is what I was afraid of............. anybody else have experience doing this?

How much do the Loc-Rite setups cost?
