10 bolt question

How long would a 10 bolt rear last with 37 inch tires on a DD? or would I be better off with 35's?

open. this truck will not see any off road but will be on the highway at times.

If, as you say, it will not see off road use. Then i would say the 10 Bolt will last a long time, even with 37's

I think gear ratio will play a role in that question. Generally speaking 35"s will have better road manners for a street only dd. IMO
