got new u bolts with plates a while back from wfco off road. Should I use the u bolt plates when switching out leaf springs since seems most ditch sway bar when running Bilstein 5125 Shocks?

Or should I use stock ubolt plates?

If you're replacing the factory negatively arched springs with lift springs that are positively arched then you won't notice much of a difference if the sway bar is installed or not

You could use either plate. The nice thing about the stock plate is they are one stout mother. They are a beefy hunk of steel.
