I bet if you use a 2x4 between the jack and the rocker panel or wherever you are jacking on then it will be a lot less likely to damage anything. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Remington

I really need a fullsize one when I get my lift and tires on the k5, the 36" one I have right now wouldn't work /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif (I think the previous owner cut it or something, its tiny /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif)

my rockers and tailpan are made of tube steel /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
No worried here /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Darwin will catch up to you using a High Lift like that! You are insane!

I've been using my Hi-Lift to tear apart a truck. It's nice to use the Hi-Lift to hold something up while I torch. Especially when you're too lazy to crawl under to cut the bed bolts off and just cut the heads off at the top.

You must have a death wish, working under a truck with just a high lift holding it up.I hope you have a good life insurance policy,so your parents can give you a nice funeral--I have done my share of foolish things over the years at the junkyard I worked at--but nothing that crazy--I dont care how much you want it done, its NOT worth killing yourself over it--get some jack stands before we are reading your obituary-PLEASE! /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif

I used mine the other day after my 60 feel off the jackstands in the yard...Got a chain and there ya go a redneck hoist.. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Hey it got it back on the jackstands... /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif
