10b front question...

On another forum a member is asking if the 1/2 ton 10b shafts are the same length as the 3/4 ton 10b shafts...

I know that the spline count changed, but to my knowledge the shafts are the same length...

What says CK5???

well 1/2 correct.

1/2 ton and 3/4 ton same axle just 1" bigger brakes and 2 extra studs and 9/16 stud now than 7/16 on 1/2 ton.

and 87-88 ish thay went to 30 spline inner axles.

Yup! The spline count happened around 88, but same length either way.
