10b with 46" Mich, how long will it last?

Oooh, AND, he's running those super-desired clear diff covers on both ends. Sha-weet.

At least he had the courtsey to paint it day glo green so that people can see it in time to get out of the way.

I'm at work with filters on everything so I couldn't pull the pic up. Did you say day glo green?? :haha:

Can you see this one -

It probably holds up just fine with 10 miles a year put on it cruising truck shows.

give the guy some credit, at least he has cross-over steering and did a solid axle swap. and he knows enough to put a 14b in the rear

Man. That thing would look soooooo good if it was another color. I can give credit where it's due, but come on. Why go that length in doing a project like that and not do it right? Well I take that back. It's probably right for what he built it for if it's just to show. I say kudos to him for craftsmanship! :waytogo:

its a good starting point. throw in a 60 and some lockers and no one here would say anything. other then that I would add mufflers and wheel it.

Personally I could snap a front axleshaft in my gravel driveway in a matter of minutes, but I have 10 bolt axle snapping down to a science now.

If you look close enough in the pic it doesn't have a front shaft so this whole thread is moot.

how long will it last? open door, climb in truck, insert key, start truck, shift into gear, apply throttle, BOOOM:D

I will give him some credit for the SFA and x-over steering though, it could be badass.

maybe he ran out of $$, and couldnt finish it the way he wanted, or maybe not who knows?

Tom

I think its cool, i'm sure he's not done with it. More of a show truck but could be fully functional with a few upgrades.

And he's got the 14 in the back, so....oh nevermind its a cruiser.

Like I said....I bet the axle is just a "place holder".

since he did the sfa swap i dont think he had any other choices besides x over
