10blt 6lug to 10blt 8lug

okay i have a 10blt stock 6 lug on my rig now and have a donor rig with a 10blt 8lug, my question is would it be easier to just swap the axle's or switch out the parts from the two?

Also i have a set of dana44 flat tops, will these fit on my 10blt?

yes, the d44 knucles will fit your 10 bolt.

it would be easier to swap the parts to make yours 10 bolts, that is if you don't have to swap the gears.
all you have to change are the bearing hubs and the backing plates.

Since your 8 lug 10b probably has 4.10 gears factory and your stock 6 lugger has 3.73's or numerically lower, it would be easier to just swap axles.
