10bolt-d44?

I need to rebuild my d44 so I came across a free 10 bolt. The origanal plan was to swap the axles rebuild the d44 and then swap back. But now that I look at the freebie I don't think its worth the work so heres my question what out of this 10 bolt is useable as spare parts for my dana 44. Also how do I determine the gear ratio in the 10 bolt.

Knuckles out will swap between the two. Pull the cover off the 10 bolt and get the numbers from the edge of the ring gear and divide them. Or post them here and someone will tell you what you have.

Knuckles out and outter shafts? are changeable. Inner shafts on a 10bolt are 28 spline, inners on a 44 are 30 spline...Outters for both should be 19 spline.
