I'm going to try to finsh my 3/4 ton swap but I need to get this diff together and ready to swap in.
Can anybody help?
Thanks

Edit...
I narrowed down my search and came up with some good info. So I guess I'll just post this up here for the next people searching
Q Anyone know the torque spec on a 10 bolt front axle for the inner and outer hub nuts?
A Tighten the inner to 50 ft/lbs while rotating the rotor. Back off the adjusting nut and retorque it (35 ft/lbs for auto hubs and 50 for manual hubs). Outer locknut gets tightened to 160 ft/lbs

Q: What is the main cap torque?
A: Cap bolt torque is 60 ft-lbs

Q: How to setup a pinion?
A: When setting up a R&P, the pinion preload should be about 12-15 in-lbs. That is after the 400 ft-lbs or so it takes to crush the collar. Since you can't check the preload (can't do that with the carrier and ring gear in place), I would agree to crank it as tight as possible. Then, keep a CLOSE EYE on it for a bit. If it isn't tight enough, it will back itself off.
