10k ???? NOT

I like it...

I'm nost sure I'd pay the 10K but a clean truck and sounds fun as hell with twins on it.

I'd say he's got some $$ tied up in it but we never get back what we've invested...

$10k and it's a CARB turbo setup? Sheesh. TBI would have been far wiser. No wonder he's selling it, he probably can't do what he wants without a computer to help the engine.

twin turbos on a stock 350....why?
I don't see how that engine could utilize that much flow or how it could hold up to it. I am sure it is better than with no turbo but it sounds like they built the truck and turbo setup and ran out of money to build an engine worthy of all of that.

I don't have anything negative to say about it. From what I see it's a damn nice Blazer with damn nice mods...ones many of us wish we had. I can see how that much money is into it,at least. It does seem high and there will be few to jump into it. But,these are vehicles that are no longer made, nor anything close, that are from a line that only ran from 69-91. These are now all at least 20 years old and now a new element is added to their value by becoming "classics". You have to start somewhere and it's not like there's a whole bunch like it to compare to. The seller does say "might deal". I think you have to throw a price out and see what happens. This one appears to have been a clean original with all the desirable goodies added. If it was a 1st generation it could go for double that, easy. I don't think it's that far off. Of course,if someone bought it they couldn't say,"Built not bought".LOL! It may be a touch ahead of it's time in price, but not by far. Personally,if money was no object I'd buy it. Anything it may lack I could tweak. I believe it probably runs right good that way. The TBI was probably ditched because it couldn't be fooled into handling the induction. A carb would do fine for most uses. It doesn't appear to be built for rock crawling.

Because one turbo large enough for 350 cubes would suffer major turbo lag
