When I was hunting around I didn’t see this picture posted. Pretty promising part here.
This is the 15024813 fan and the 2734 hd fan clutch. It’s bolt pattern is correct for the fan clutch and it sits in the center of the shroud outlet.
This is on a 1990 serpentine reverse rotation.
