well finally finished the rear and got it back to my house. still gatta get the bed back on, but at least its driving under its own power again. it rides super soft. since there wasnt much weight over, i havent really gotten to flex it to see how it does. the added X crossmember was put in for added strength and became the shock mounts for lack of a better place that had enough room to stay out of the coils. im really happy with the way it turned out. now i really gatta get the tires mounted it:doah: anywho, here are some updated pics, if you want specifics, let me know.

those bolts in the retainers were too long so thats why there are 2 nuts as "spacers", they are just temporary til i get shorter bolts.

Looking good.
Any reason you didn't build some shock hoops for more travel or do you have enough with the setup on there?

well those mounts are as high up as they can be before they interfere with the bed (which im putting back on. since i havent really been able to flex it, im not sure if those mounts will work at full compression. if they need adjusting then ill just cut wholes in the floor of the bed. those are 15" travel shocks, and right now the shocks are about in the middle.

How much lift do you suppose the rear has? I know they are 8" Bronco coils, but that isn't a Bronco. :wink1:

they are actually 6" bronco deaver superflex coils with a spring rate of 300lbs. i think its about 9" of lift or so (a little more than i had wanted, im going to swap in 4" coils eventually for closer to 7" lift.

ill snap some pics once the rain finally stops.
