I am replacing my 12-bolt in my daily driver 1st gen with a 14-bolt... so I am selling the disc-brake 3.73 that I am running.
So...
12-bolt with Black Widow Performance disc brakes in running order, needs nothing, bolt and go for a 1st gen. 3.73 gears in perfect shape open - not locked or welded.
