12 bolt disk brake conversion

hello all does anyone know where or who makes a rear disk brake conversion for the 12 bolt rear end that would use a stock rotor? i really do not like the one that uses a redrilled lincoln rotor. i know go 14 bolt this is my better 1/2s pickup (wheeler) and im not wanting to invest alot in to it untill i know she will keep wheeling because i have a closet full of other things she was sure she wanted to do any help and all help will be appreciated
