Does this combo work? I have seen people say that it doesn't, and then others say they are running it? I need an answer.

I've got the wheels and runflats, I looked to posts from like 2004, a few guys said they were running it, but then someone was selling mag runflats because they wouldn't work with his 12 bolts more recently?

The 12 bolt rim is a different style and shape than the 8 bolt. I do not know the specs of the differences but I think it has to do with the dropwell width of the rim.

pretty sure it will work, depending on the tire. i know with my iroks, the bead is thicker than normal tires so it wont work with mags and 12bolts. right now im not running any runflat in my 12b's until i can get aftermarket runflats.
why wont it work can you not screw the nuts down??i mounted my 44s on uncentered h1s and it took a while to get it all tightened down but i got it done
the 42 iroks have much thicker bead than the other tires for some reason. if you search on pirate there are a ton of people who have tried it with the 42's and it just wont work. the 39.5 iroks mount right up, its only the 42's that have the thicker bead.
