K... I'm swapping out the 3.08 gears in my 12 bolt out for some 4.11's. There are some on eBay for $140 right now. They are 4.11 Gears with a Moroso Positrac. Good deal? Good gears? I need some thoughts...

Post up the auction #. If they are for a car rear end, they won't fit your truck rear end. The pinion gear is longer in a truck. The posi should fit ,though.
