12 bolt setup help?

im putting gears in my 12 bolt and this is the best pattern i can get any suggestions? backlash right at .010 and .032 shim under pinion. sorry pics suck from my phone. all pics are of drive side incase there was any confusion.

Looks awful close, the pinion looks just a little too deep.

But the most important question is are you putting lots of resistance on the carrier while you spin the pinion?

yea id hold the ring grear and spin the pinion with as much force as possible
