One of our Chalet forum members has had his #1344 Chalet for sale since 2012, and one guy at another forum snapped nice photos of it here. The lady handling the most recent Craigslist ad for it http://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/cto/5111635882.html told me yesterday that our forum member died, so now it is an estate sale item, and she said they will accept offers around $2 grand lower than the Craigslist price. Looks to me like this one has had a particularly nice repaint, including the stripes, but of course first-hand inspection is always advised.
