14 bold ff end play

who can tell me what the right endplay is on the 14 bold ff diff is?(ring+pignon endplay) are ther shims in the pignonaxle or is there a cruhsbushing are there shims between the mainbearings or how do you guys make this right?

Crush sleeve on the pinion in between the bearings.
The shims go in between the pinion housing and the axle center section to set the depth.

What are you meaning by "endplay"? If backlash then set it to around .008

Yes readymix, that is what i ment, backlash(.008 inch? how much is this in milimeters?) i could not find the correct word thanks! ,so shims and a crushsleeve on the pignon. and no shims on the mainbearings (like on my 12 bolt rearaxle) how does this work? and Slapperbar also thanks for the correction!!(its not easy technical talking in a different language!!!)

There are spanners to set the BL and bearing preload on a 14FF
