Will the spring perches that are sold for a 14bolt work on a D70? The only reason that I could think that they wouldn't is if the axle tube sizes are different. Does anyone know???

NICE!!! So if I order some axle mounts for a 14 bolt they should go right on my D70!!! I like that!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

my 14bolt ff tubes are around 3 5/16" hard to measure but hope that helps
why dont you fab some up useing some square stock that is the same width as your springs and take a hole saw that is the same size of you r axel and cut a hole about half way in to the sq stock and weld them on

If I were you, I'd verify that your D70 has 3-3/8" tubes. Some of the D70's were bigger. If they are, PM TonyP....he makes spring perches for the 14BFF. Or you could make your own.... clicky.

If I were you, I'd verify that your D70 has 3-3/8" tubes. Some of the D70's were bigger. If they are, PM TonyP....he makes spring perches for the 14BFF. Or you could make your own.... clicky.

Like said above - check your Dana 70 tube size . Not all Dana 70's are created equal . Many different tube sizes have been offered through the years and models of 70's .

my D 70 has 4" tubes. measure twice & order your parts once.
