14 bolt backing plate problem.....will this work????

I found some backing plates for the 14 bolt. I got home and found that they were 14 inch not thwe 13 inch that I need. I can't find any 13 inch ones that I need. Can I use the 14 inchers and just add the 14 inch drums that go with it and still use the 15 inch wheels I have? Would I be better off finding 13 inch backing plates?

I have 4 backing plates and they all measure 12"s as the diameter I also have the drums I could send them your way for the cost of shipping I can send pics 2. If that will help ya there just taking up space in my garage I did the disc conversion.

I've got a complete set off of a CUCV that had 5000 miles on it. Aside from the surface rust they look new, shoes drums and all. I will sell them for $50 plus shipping. That is a steal if you go price new drums!

Is that the one it the 13" brakes or 14" brakes?

There is no 14" brakes.

13" is the largest for the 14FF. 11" is the smallest.

There are 3 different widths, though.

They are 13's. As Wes said, there were no 14 inch brakes on 14FF's.

I would imagine that they are about 14 inches since the 13 inch measurement is actually the braking surface. I will measure them tonight and let you know.
