14 Bolt , Brake parts interchange?

13" x3.5" vs 13" x2.5" ?

drums , backingplates & shoes are different..but the rest?

i need the e-brake assembly , levers & stuff..

this guy has the small 13" drums...i have the big ones..will it work?
