Just like the title says, 14 bolt cab and chassis (63" WMS to WMS and 40.5" spring pad spacing) for a one ton. Thanks.

Considering trades for my TH400 and adapter or 3/4 ton 14 bolt FF with 4.10 gear.

I know a guy parting out a 1 ton cab/chassis with a 14 bolt, but the 14FF needs to be rebuilt. Any interest in that and I'll get you his email address. He litterally lives next door to the Forward Air terminal in Seattle though /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Ill probably pass unless you come through IL anytime soon again. Out of curiousity, what needs rebuilt on it?

I'm pretty sure the R/P went out or was going out. It was a tow truck so it has seen some severe duty.

Next time I would be down to IL would probably be around Christmas time though. I'm looking for work out in MN again and plan to move around the end of this year/begining of next year.

I have one but it's 4.10
It's 65" WMS to WMS.
I live 5 min from Forwaird air in Sac if you are interested.
$150 plus ride.
It's what I paid for it but now I am thinning out my inventory.

Ill probably pass, BTW, it should be 63" WMS to WMS and 40.5" spring pad spacing. If that is in fact it, I may look you up if I get desperate, thanks.

It is 40.5" spring pad to spring pad, but I could be wrong about the 65" WMS to WMS, I will double check.
It is from a cab and chassis and the ubolts were so close to the inside of the drums I couldn't stick my deep sockets, I had to use a wrench.
I also might bring down the price, just let me know what you think is reasonable, I would take a small loss but not too much.

Yep, sounds like a C and C axle. Ill let you know if I need it, thanks.

I have one it's out of my 1987 GMC 1 ton 4x4 SRW. It has 4.10's with factory locker though and didn't really want to let them go but might. Let me know if this is what you're lookin for. I'm in IL also(about 3hrs north of you). Thank's Jason /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

This is probably not what I need. The axle I need is from a DRW cab and chassis with a 63" WMS to WMS. Maybe the SRW C and C is the same width? Can you measure it for me? Thanks

I did some measuring and it's 40.5" spring pad to spring pad. It's 52.25" from backing plate to backing plate. wheels are on it so I don't have time to check WMS to WMS till tomorrow but it looks like it might be 63" but that may not be exact without the wheels off. Thank's Jason.

Let me know what you find, if its what I need, what do you want for it? Is there anything you need that I might have to trade with you? Thanks.

Sorry about the delay. The WMS to WMS is to wide it measures 66 7/8". /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
