I am installing a 3/4 ton 14 ff rear diff disc brake converted axle into my 91 k5 blazer. I want to run aluminum wheels so I think the stock wheel studs will be to short. What is the correct wheel stud, part # and length that I should use. The stock ones are just 3" long. I looked at the DOR-610-301 which are 3 1/4 in long but the part store said they show this to be a Ford wheel stud at 3 1/4 length x 9/16 thread. Is this the same thread as my GM dana 60 front diff studs? Also the heads on the dor-610-301 are smaller dia. than the stock ones. Any help would be great.:dunno:

I had the same problem. Get the k30/c30 dually studs, they work good on my aluminum wheels disc kit.

How thick are these aluminum wheels you want to use ?

I'm running a 3/4 ton diff and didn't have to change out the studs, running aluminum wheels too.
