14 bolt disc brake questions

My feeble mind is no match for our search engine, I couldn't find what I want to know.

When doing the disc brake conversion on the rear, what type of brake lines do you use from the calipers to the block thing mounted on the differential? I'm looking for simple and cheap. Pics would be nice if anyone has some.

Also, I saw on a website some brackets that were offset to eliminate the spacers, but I can't find it now. Anyone know?
