14 bolt drum to disc conversion

i also got my 14 bolt today, and i want to take off the drums and go with discs. anyone have a write up and parts list. any hints to make it easier on me? also, one of the drums is not rotating. possible that the ebrake cable is doing that?

and again, anything else that i need to do before she bolts up.

Here's the write-up and you can also get everything you need from Az-Kickin .
You will also need a conversion u-joint that you can get from Napa. You need to tell us what rear you have now before you get a part # /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

not exactyly sure what you mean by what rear. (flame waay) i am learning as i go here.

i am freaking out now because i have my truck torn apart, and im wondering if it will ever come back together, lol


the guy said it was a chevy 14 bolt 4.10 gears, full floater

He has a factory '86 10 bolt rear now.

With a 10 bolt the napa ujoint you need is part #447 I believe.
