14 bolt FF brake bracket spacers

What is the distance from the face of the drum brake backing plate mount to the face fo the bracket that the caliper mounts on? I made some brackets and want to be sure that I am measuring right. It looks like 1". I used 3/8" plate so I would need 5/8" spacers, correct??

IIRC it is 13/16" to the rotor from the face of the bracket

Are your brackets 1/4" or 3/8"? I think it is 3/4" for 1/4" brackets and 5/8" for 3/8" brackets always totalling 1".

look at the distance from the rotor to the caliper on the stock front

My brackets are 3/8" thick and the spacer is 7/8" thick. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I bought my brackets from Derbinator when he was around here. I have no issues and they work excellent. The spacer is a 1 piece design as well.
