Well I am just going to redo the drum brakes for now instead or the TSM kit.($90 vs. $500) How do I find out what year my 14 bolt came out of so I can get the right shoes, wheel cylinders, etc. Does it matter?

73-87 C/K20 trucks is as good as any.
Also they will ask what size the shoes are. Length and width.
When I needed t-case parts I told them it was for a 1 ton 4x4.
