14 bolt FF hub installation?

Which order do I put these back on the spindle. I think its this way or Am I wrong?
1st - Spindle nut (inner spindle collar)
2nd - Spindle flat washer,
3rd - Spindle lock-washer
4th - spindle lock nut (outer spindle collar)

Is this correct or does the spindle flat washer go first and then the inner spindle collar. also I lost one off the spindle flat washers, can I get away with out it or must I use it.

if i am correct its flat washer/inner nut/then torque to spec 50ftlb/lockwasher/outer nut/torque to spec?

washer
nut
locking cage thing
nut

Mine didn't have the cage thing that I keep hearing about. I've got a locking key that slides into slots in the nut and spindle and a snap ring that holds it in place. Is this a Military thing?
